Vision for Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward‑thinking primary school in Medway, and we are seeking a passionate ECT to join their dedicated team from September 2026.

As an Early Career Teacher, you will :

• Teach a class within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (dependent on your preference and school needs).
• Receive full ECT support and mentoring from experienced colleagues.
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Develop your skills and confidence with ongoing professional development opportunities.

To be considered, you must :

• Hold (or be working towards) QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Be passionate about primary education and committed to making a difference.
• Be a positive, proactive, and reflective practitioner.
• Have excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
