Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher ready to take the next step in your teaching journey? Vision for Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward‑thinking primary school in Medway, and we are seeking a passionate ECT to join their dedicated team from September 2026.

As an Early Career Teacher, you will:

• Teach a class within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (dependent on your preference and school needs).
• Receive full ECT support and mentoring from experienced colleagues.
