About the role
The successful candidate will need to be available on standby for booking calls first thing in the morning as well as advanced bookings, and be happy to travel up to an hour from their home. As a supply teacher with Vision for Education, most days will be different and exciting. You will visit a range of schools in different demographics and teach different classes and year groups.
Most of the work will be planned; however this isn't always the case and you'll be required to think on your feet.
- Qualified teacher status in the UK
- Minimum two excellent graded teaching references
- Experience teaching in primary schools
- Behaviour management skills
- Available 3-5 days per week
- Access to transport and/or willingness to travel to schools within an hour
- Applications from ECTs / NQTs welcome
- Must be able to undergo an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service
- Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house payroll team using PAYE
