Role Overview
A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a proactive, organised and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students within our learning support unit.
Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs to succeed in school? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support the day‑to‑day running of our Learning Support Unit (LSU), working closely with the SENCo and LSU Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting students with SEND and SEMH needs through targeted interventions, SEN support, and structured learning within a supportive environment.
You will help students develop confidence, regulate their emotions, and re‑engage with learning, ensuring they can thrive both academically and personally. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to inclusion and wants to make a meaningful difference to students’ lives.
