Flexible Primary Teaching Assistant Work – Medway & Surrounding Areas

Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Medway and surrounding areas. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy working with children and want the flexibility of choosing when they work, without the commitment of a permanent role.

Many of our partner schools require regular Teaching Assistant support, offering consistent opportunities for candidates looking for ongoing classroom work while allowing you to work around your own availability. Whether you are looking for a few days a week, additional experience, or regular supply work, we can help find a role that suits you.

You will support pupils with their learning, development, and wellbeing while working alongside teachers and school staff in a variety of welcoming primary school settings.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.

What We Offer

The role is flexible and rewarding, allowing you to work around your lifestyle while gaining experience and making a difference in local schools. All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position; in some cases, the option to make the role permanent may become available at a later date.
