This is an exciting opportunity to teach motivated students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities available to teach Key Stage 5 for candidates with the appropriate experience.

The Role
  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Teach KS5 where appropriate.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, resilience, and academic success.
  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress through high-quality teaching and effective feedback.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students and ensure every learner can achieve their potential.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the department and school community, including enrichment activities where appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Has experience teaching across KS3 and KS4; KS5 experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young people.
  • Is committed to raising achievement through engaging, high-quality teaching.
  • Has strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Has the legal right to work in the UK.
