JTL is seeking an Electrical Workshop Technician & Trainer at Medway training centre to maintain a safe, well-equipped workshop and deliver practical AM2S training for apprentices. The role blends hands-on maintenance with targeted coaching to prepare learners for their end-point assessment and workplace readiness.
You will support apprentices, reflect industry practice, and help them build confidence, competence, and professional standards in line with current electrical installation
