SEN Teacher

Location: Maidstone Area, Kent
Pay: £160 - £250 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people?

We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join a specialist setting supporting students with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication difficulties, and associated learning needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and committed team focused on helping every student achieve their full potential.

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and external professionals.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual targets.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence and confidence.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent).
• Experience teaching students with SEN, particularly Autism and communication needs.
• Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and inclusive learning strategies.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting vulnerable learners.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

• Competitive daily rates of £160 - £250 per day
