Engineering Supervisor
Salary: £54,000
Location:
Chatham
We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Engineering Team Leader to work for a very large industrial manufacturing company based in Chatham. The Engineering Team Leader will play a key role in the planning and organising of the engineering department and engineers on site. The Engineering Team Leader will have 5 direct reports and will be involved in both hands‑on engineering work and management duties.

Ideal candidate needs to be multi‑skilled with both electrical and mechanical skills.
Skills required- Engineering Qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in managing a team of up to 5 engineers
- Experience in RCA, Lean, continuous improvement
- Willing to get hands‑on
- Experience with planning and organising in a manufacturing environment
- Organising and planning experience
- Training and technical development
