Job Summary
We are seeking a Relationship Manager – Capital Engagement to join our Member Services team. This role is central to delivering a high‑quality, consistent experience for Lloyd’s capital stakeholders, including investors, members, investment managers and advisers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop professional relationships with a portfolio of capital stakeholders, maintaining insight into their priorities and risks.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end responses to stakeholder queries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication.
- Support the onboarding of new members, investors, and capital structures by working across multiple internal teams.
- Help stakeholders navigate processes, requirements, and frameworks (including M&URs), ensuring clarity without providing advisory input.
- Capture and analyse stakeholder insight to inform engagement planning and service improvements.
- Identify and escalates risks, issues, and complaints in line with regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to management information and reporting on stakeholder trends and service performance.
- Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and stakeholder experience.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and deliver outcomes in a matrix environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
- Sound judgement and ability to manage, prioritise, and escalates issues effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in relationship or stakeholder management within a regulated or complex environment.
- Understanding of financial services or insurance markets (knowledge of Lloyd’s market structure is advantageous).
- Experience coordinating complex queries or working across multiple functions.
- Familiarity with risk, governance and regulatory frameworks (including FCA expectations).
- Ability to use insight and data to identify trends and drive improvements.
