The Corporate Tax Senior Manager position is ideal for a professional with expertise in managing corporate tax matters within the accountancy industry. This role in Chatham involves leading tax strategies, advising clients, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Client DetailsOur client is a well respected, medium sized accountancy practice based in the Chatham area. They have a large presence in the South East of England and service an enviable client base.
Description- Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients, identifying opportunities for tax efficiency.
- Review and manage complex corporate tax returns and related documentation.
- Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals, promoting their development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated client services.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
- Support business development initiatives and promote the firm's tax expertise.
- A professional qualification in accounting or tax (ACA, ACCA, or CTA).
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax regulations and compliance.
- Experience of Corporate Tax advisory work.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and offer strategic advice.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team within an accounting and finance environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to staying updated on tax legislation and industry trends.
- Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £85,000 per annum.
