What you'll do Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and assess their mortgage and protection needs Explain mortgage products, interest rates and repayment options clearly and confidently Guide clients through applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is collected Assess clients' financial information to determine eligibility and affordability Work with lenders, underwriters and other professionals to facilitate timely approvals Stay current on market trends, lending policies and regulatory requirements to give up-to-date advice Follow up regularly with clients throughout the process, answering questions and providing support Maintain accurate records and ensure every case meets network and regulatory compliance standards What we're looking for Essential Minimum 1 year's experience as a practising Mortgage Adviser CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with the authorisations required to advise on mortgages Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information simply Strong organisation, with the ability to manage multiple client cases at once A proactive, client-first attitude and a genuine passion for helping people Confidence working independently as well as within a collaborative team Right to work in the UK
