What You'll Be DoingYou'll support high-quality financial services across the organisation through our structured development programme. This graduate role provides hands-on experience across key finance functions:
- Management accounts and financial accounting
- Rents and service charges
- Treasury and purchase ledger
- Business partnering
You'll gain deep understanding of the housing sector while contributing to effective financial resource management.
Essential Requirements- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics or related discipline
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the housing sector
- Experience using financial systems
- Willingness to study a professional qualification (CIPFA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Eager to learn and develop
- Curious and proactive
