A mental health organization is seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee high-quality clinical practice within the Medway Therapeutic Alliance. You will provide senior clinical oversight, supervise therapists and care coordinators, and manage complex cases, ensuring effective safeguarding and governance. The ideal candidate should have a recognized therapy qualification and substantial clinical experience with children and young people. This permanent role is based in Chatham and offers a pro-rata salary of £43,158.24 to £47,130.12 for 22.5 hours.
