• Oversee and manage the complete optical operation, ensuring service excellence and compliance.
• Lead and develop the team of optometrists and optical assistants, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate clinic management and shop floor processes to meet patient needs.
• Review sales forecasts, set department targets and ensure targets are met.
• Handle customer queries, resolving issues and maintaining high satisfaction.
• Work closely with the on‑site optometrist to deliver seamless clinical care.

• Fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC.
• On track to meet statutory CPD points requirement.
• Proven leadership skills in a fast‑paced optics environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff.
• Excellent customer and patient care focus.
• Organised, able to manage time effectively.
• Driven and ambitious to meet department targets.
