Support people with dementia through activities, companionship, refreshments, and care.
As a Volunteer, you will support people living with dementia by helping to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment. You will assist with activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, reminiscence sessions, and social events, encouraging participation and promoting wellbeing. Duties may also include serving refreshments, providing companionship, helping prepare activity areas, and supporting staff with the smooth running of sessions.
This rewarding role helps reduce social isolation and improve quality of life while developing valuable communication and teamwork skills.
