As the Highways Surfacing Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end commercial management across multiple highways surfacing projects. You will:

• Lead and develop a commercial team, setting clear objectives and supporting progression
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, valuations, CVRs and final accounts
• Manage subcontractor procurement, commercial negotiations and change control
• Provide commercial leadership across highways surfacing frameworks and schemes
• Identify and mitigate commercial risk while maximising value and margin
• Work closely with operations and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

To succeed as a Highways Surfacing Commercial Manager, you will have:

• Proven highways surfacing commercial experience (essential)
• Demonstrable experience managing and developing a commercial team
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and highways frameworks
