Manufacturing Assistant (Forklift Licence Required)

Gillingham, Kent | £13.28 per hour | Monday - Thursday
• 6:00am - 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Assistant to join our team in Gillingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work a 4-day week with long weekends, in a fast‑paced and supportive environment.

• Supporting the manufacturing and production process.
• Operating machinery and equipment safely (training provided where required).
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials using a forklift.
• Assisting with goods in/out and stock management.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following company health & safety procedures at all times.

• Valid forklift licence (essential).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically active role.

• Competitive hourly rate of £13.28 per hour.
