Production Operative; Powder Coating

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company.

This is a hands‑on role working within a fast‑paced production environment, ideal for someone with previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or powder coating experience.

Duties will include:

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Manufacturing custom products to specification
• Powder coating products and preparing items for finishing
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
• Packing finished goods ready for dispatch
• Carrying out quality checks throughout production
• Loading and unloading materials and stock
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting the wider production and warehouse team as required

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or powder coating experience
• Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
• Have a good work ethic and reliable attendance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Have good attention to detail and take pride in their work

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long‑term position with consistent daytime hours.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

This will start as a temporary contract with the view to go permanent after successful probation period.
