Powder Coating Operative
Permanent Position
Working Hours – 37.5 (Monday – Friday 08:00am – 16:00pm)
Salary: £13.07 – £13.72
The RoleAs a Powder Coating Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are finished to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Preparing components for powder coating
- Applying powder coating using specialist equipment
- Inspecting finished products to ensure excellent quality
- Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean and organised
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
- Previous powder coating experience is preferred or can be trained
- Experience with in a manufacturing or production environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to producing high-quality work
