As the Powder Coating Factory Operative you will:

• Prepare products ready for coating.
• Assist the sprayer.
• Be hand blasting.
• Quality check finished items.
• Pack coated parts for transport.
• Work around curing ovens and warm conditions throughout the year.

We are looking for a Powder Coating Factory Operative with:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or similar environment would be advantageous.
• Ability to read internal paperwork.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment.
• Record of stability and commitment in previous employment.
