Registered Veterinary Nurse - Be Part

Position Overview

After 15 years one of our very original staff members has decided to take on adventures new. As we sadly wave them goodbye we are looking for someone to take on their role within a relatively small team of friendly nurses and vets.

Reporting to our co-head nurse, Lisa and Lizzy, we are looking for someone to take on all aspects of nursing and help us maintain the strong reputation we have built over the last decade and a half.

You’ll be joining a close-knit and longstanding team of 6 Vets, 8 Nurses, and a Practice Manager as well as a fantastic Client Care Advisor team. We are proud of our low colleague turnover and utilise our nurses to their full potential, keen to upskill and grow our own talent.

We are working to create a great work/life balance for our team and constantly strive to have a better environment in practice. We also take the care of the environment seriously and recycle everything where possible cardboard, plastic etc. The clinical team have also completed CPD on sustainable anaesthetics, adapting protocols to reduce waste while keeping patient safety.

Based on the Horsted Retail Park on the Maidstone Road, our practice is in a great location to support our clients and sees a wide variety of cases. We have invested considerably in our team and kit to make advanced services available, including ultrasound and orthopaedics.

We are looking for someone who wants to work at building relationships within our team and have a positive attitude to work. You will manage your time and priorities to ensure you get the work done, develop trusting relationships with our clients, guide them in understanding the right decisions, and maintain the bonds that have already been developed within our community.

• A salary of £31,5000 (dependant on experience, FTE)
