Salary £25,000 – £29,000, OTE up to £32,000

Working Hours: 5 days a week 9am 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Our client is looking for a switched‑on Property Manager to work in Chatham looking after a portfolio of around 50‑70 properties mainly HMOs. We have an opportunity for you to join this amazing company who believe in investing in their team! Are you a super organised and meticulous Property Manager ready to work in a department where teamwork matters and working from your own initiative is imperative.

Sales and Management

• Organising maintenance in a timely manner
• Ensuring all certificates are up to date for properties
• Onboarding landlords
• Overseeing check outs to facilitate a smooth transition between tenancies
• Ensuring inspections are conducted on time and results are actioned
• Dealing with any tenancy disputes/complaints
• Auditing/managing/recruiting contractors

• Have strong attention to detail
• Be willing to learn and grow with the company
