£25,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40K+ Year 1 | Top Earners £100K+)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking finance brokerage that’s expanding its commercial sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young, energetic business where performance is rewarded, progression is real, and earnings are truly uncapped.

The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a high-activity sales environment focused on helping businesses secure funding solutions across asset finance, loans, and insurance.

You’ll have access to a strong pipeline of warm data, existing clients, and marketing leads- giving you everything you need to succeed from day one.

This is a role for someone who thrives on outbound sales, enjoys building client relationships, and wants to maximise their earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Proactively generating new business through outbound calls and lead follow-ups

* Identifying client needs and presenting tailored finance solutions

* Managing relationships and building long-term client partnerships

* Working closely with internal teams to deliver funding and cross-sell opportunities

* Consistently working towards and exceeding revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

* Proven sales experience (ideally within B2B or financial services)

* Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets

* Confident communicator with high energy and resilience

* Ambitious, money-motivated, and career-driven mindset

Desirable:

* Experience in asset finance, commercial finance, or brokerage

* Background in B2B finance sales

Industry experience is advantageous, but not essential for candidates with a strong B2B sales background and the right attitude.
