• Grow and develop a book of Commercial Insurance business using a mixture of warm leads and self-generation.
• Use strong sales ability and good communication skills to develop good relationships with clients and maximise revenue for the department.
• Provide customer focused service to clients.

• Good technical knowledge of a variety of Commercial products.
• Have attained or be looking to study towards CII qualifications.
• Proven track record in new business development in Insurance.
