We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join a growing, customer-focused business in a varied role that combines client engagement, business development, and administration. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and lead generation activities Contact and onboard new clients Research and develop potential prospects using internal systems and other sources Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and negotiate discounts where appropriate Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Proactively grow customer accounts and increase ongoing business revenue Deliver exceptional account management and customer service Ensure client expectations are consistently met and exceeded Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently About You Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident and professional telephone manner Strong computer and IT skills Well-organised with good attention to detail Self-motivated with a proactive approach Flexible, positive, and willing to learn Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, account management, or a similar client-facing role would be advantageous Salary & Benefits Salary:
