Loss Prevention Officer

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will help deliver our goal of keeping customers, associates, and assets safe.

• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors.
• Deterr loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Collaborate closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
• Remain calm, professional, and composed under pressure.

• Experience in a customer‑facing role, fast‑paced retail environment, or security guard role is ideal but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
