. Glenwood Intermediate School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Contest Assistant for the school year. This extracurricular role supports the Speech Contest program and assists students in preparing for speech competitions through coaching, feedback, and contest preparation.
Pay is based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule C-2 (Extracurricular). Schedules B-C-D - Athletic, Extracurricular, and Other Stipends 24/25-26/27. Benefits: 2025 Benefits Enrollment Guide.
Responsibilities- Assist with planning, organizing, and supervising student participation in speech contests
- Provide coaching and feedback to help students develop and refine their public speaking skills
- Support the Speech Contest Sponsor with practices, contest preparation, and logistics
- Maintain the qualifications outlined in the job description below
