Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab, a leading provider of therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our collaborative, patient-centered team. In this role, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and safety for older adults. You will provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions while documenting progress in accordance with regulatory standards.

Working closely with an interdisciplinary care team, you’ll educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and contribute to outcome-focused rehabilitation programs.
