This role will be in-person based in Chatham, NJ with the expectation of five days in the office.

R. Seelaus is seeking an experienced Fixed Income Institutional Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in sales across one or several asset classes, including Asset‑Backed Securities (ABS), Mortgage‑Backed Securities (MBS), Commercial Paper (CP), Agencies, Rates, Corporates, or Municipal Bonds. Strong client relationships and experience in both primary and secondary market sales are essential.

• 5+ years proven track record in fixed income sales, particularly with real‑money institutional investors.
• Established network of strong client relationships within the financial industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Understanding of R. Seelaus’ mission and how to incorporate it into client relationships.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses are required.
