RN SUPERVISOR
Duties Include:
- Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintains nursing guidelines that are appropriate.
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families, and employees.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
- Ensures resident confidentiality by monitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must hold a current RN license in the state of NJ.
- LTC experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Shifts: 3p-11p
Salary: $40 to $42 an hour.
