The Chatham Club is seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, and proactive fitness professional to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Actively staff and supervise the fitness floor during designated shifts. Weekend availability required.
- Engage with members to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer support on proper exercise techniques.
- Conduct fitness assessments for new and current members.
- Build and maintain a strong personal training client base through regular fitness floor interaction.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and gym cleanliness according to facility standards.
CPR/AED certification is required.
Weekend availability is required.
Professional development support and continuing education opportunities, as well as ongoing CPR/AED certification are available through The Chatham Club.
