We are seeking an Interim Senior Analyst to partner closely with Operations, providing analytics, and reporting and will also support inventory planning activities and will report to the FP&A Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Operations to provide analytical support and business insights
- Develop and maintain reporting that helps monitor performance and identify trends
- Analyze business and operational data to support decision-making
- Assist with inventory planning and related analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, visibility, and analytical processes
- Communicate findings and recommendations to business partners
- Support the FP&A Manager with ad hoc analysis and reporting needs
- Bachelors degree in Finance or related field
- Experience working with business, financial, operational, or inventory data
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in retail, inventory planning, FP&A, or operations analytics is a plus
