Location:

Chattanooga, TN | Salary: $48,000–$64,000.

This Client Accountant role is a great opportunity. You would be joining a family‑oriented office in Chattanooga while receiving support from seasoned industry professionals and mentorship from senior team members.

• Demonstrate needed knowledge of accounting principles and techniques to complete assignments in a timely manner with normal supervision.
• Understand and follow prior‑year work papers and journal entries.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Conduct month‑end and year‑end closings.
• Prepare documents for audits and/or tax.
• Follow through on responsibilities and take ownership of assignments.
• Communicate professionally and promptly to clients.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 2–3 years of public accounting experience preferred.
• CPA eligibility preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Organizational and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Strong accounting skills required; strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills required.
