Join us as an Accounting Analyst where you’ll play a key role in supporting our team and driving operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values collaboration, and is eager to grow professionally. The role reports directly to the Senior Accountant.
What You’ll Do- Ownership of cash function: daily cash reporting to team members and management, journal entries for cash payments outside of the AP/AR functions, period end bank reconciliation.
- Assist with daily accounts receivable tasks in conjunction with the Accounts Receivable Specialist II including payment processing/posting, customer reconciliations, daily ACH pull, meeting with executives for status check on subsets of customers, and all other AR related duties.
- Serve as primary back‑up to the Accounts Receivable Specialist II.
- Serve as expert in the accounting and processing of sales deals in conjunction with sales teams, track down variances, resolve issues with processing existing and new deal types, and maintenance of all flow through GL accounts related to sales deals.
- Support period‑end process through preparation of journal entries recording necessary accruals and the reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare audit schedules for areas of responsibility with assistance of the Senior Accountant.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects as assigned.
- Continuously learn, share and implement improvements in all processes and responsibilities as needed to enhance effectiveness of providing world‑class service and support.
The ideal candidate for the Accounting Analyst role is a detail‑oriented, highly organized professional with a solid understanding of accounting principles and strong analytical skills. A BA/BS in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required along with 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience, including exposure to accounts receivable, cash reporting, and reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn accounting systems quickly is essential.
Experience with Karmak, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, and demonstrate a proactive mindset for process improvement.

- BA/BS degree in accounting, other related field, or related equal industry experience.
- 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including basic to intermediate Excel skills.
- Sales tax experience a plus.
- Aptitude for developing and maintaining a thorough working knowledge of accounting software and systems:
Karmak, Salesforce, and Tableau experience is preferred.
