High Point operates eight indoor rock climbing facilities across the Southeast, along with a zip line and an independent coffee shop. Founded in late 2013, the company has grown rapidly under a lean, hands‑on management team. We are seeking a positive, motivated accounting professional to help support continued growth and operational excellence.

First‑Round Interviews:
January 12–14

Second‑Round Interviews:
January 27–30

• Import revenue transactions from Rock Gym Pro point of sale software to Quickbooks
• Import payroll from payroll company to Quickbooks
• Monthly bank reconciliations for all operating and property companies
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections
• Quarterly tax estimated payments
• Pay operating expenses, leases and mortgage payments
• Monthly balance of POS inventory transfers
• Monthly balance of intercompany accounts
• Maintain historical records
• Prepare monthly financial reports for all operating and property companies
• Present financials at monthly meetings with ownership and management

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Administrative excellence: well organized, motivated, and goal oriented.
• Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office

• Experience in accounting for multiple company locations
• Proficient in Rock Gym Pro (easy to learn, if not).
• Ability to start in the next 30 days or sooner!

• Full time annual salary range $50,000 to $60,000 based on qualification
• Initial two weeks PTO, three weeks PTO after two years of employment.
