Scope of Work- Prepare individual, trust, partnership, corporate, and S‑corp tax returns.
- Build a strong research insight on tax issues to recommend strategies, complete specialized tasks, and become a trusted advisor to clients.
- Keep up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law.
- Provide industry knowledge and expertise.
- Work on confidential client matters meeting challenging, yet fulfilling, requirements and deadlines.
- Build strong team relationships and satisfy other functions as needs arise.
- Adhere to JHM’s defined processes and procedures including the firm's policy on privacy and client confidentiality.

Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required
- 0–3 years of public accounting experience preferred; CPA eligible preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Organizational and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Strong accounting skills required
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills required
