The Vincit Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage daily invoicing for all Vincit Group companies and to deposit checks received. You will ensure invoicing accuracy, coordinate with Customer Care and Collections to resolve issues, and process credit memos as needed.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of accounting experience, strong customer service and time-management skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP X3.
