Classic Collision is now hiring a Collision Estimator

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepares estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims and provide the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers, providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods at a time. The employee may occasionally be required to reach with hands, and arms and move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
