Manager, Claims & Risk Operations

This role owns REPOWR’s claims and incident management processes. You will handle accident and damage claims between carriers, trailer owners, and insurance companies, and build the systems and processes that ensure fast, fair, and cost-efficient resolutions. It is both a hands-on and strategic role — you’ll manage open claims daily while shaping the long-term insurance and risk operations function at REPOWR.

• Own and manage claims and incident management processes between carriers, trailer owners, and insurers.
• Coordinate investigations, negotiations, and settlements to achieve timely, fair, and cost-effective resolutions.
• Develop and improve workflows, policies, and systems to scale claims and risk operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate risk insights into broader operational decisions.

• 4+ years of experience in claims, insurance, risk management, compliance, or a related logistics/transportation role.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and carrier liability.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with carriers and insurers.
• Process-oriented mindset with proven ability to build and improve workflows.
• Experience working in logistics, transportation, or equipment leasing preferred.
