In this role, you’ll take charge of on‑site execution, coordinating trades, solving problems, and ensuring quality work is completed on time and on budget. • Oversee daily on‑site operations for commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain schedule and quality.
• Manage jobsite safety and ensure compliance with company and OSHA protocols.
• Conduct daily reporting, schedule updates, and progress tracking.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement practical, timely solutions.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and field teams.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Lead by example and foster a team‑oriented jobsite culture.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in commercial construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and execute project plans.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage time independently.
• No formal degree required; equivalent field experience highly valued.

Full‑Time — Monday through Friday, overtime as necessary.
