In this role, you’ll take charge of on‑site execution, coordinating trades, solving problems, and ensuring quality work is completed on time and on budget. Responsibilities- Oversee daily on‑site operations for commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain schedule and quality.
- Manage jobsite safety and ensure compliance with company and OSHA protocols.
- Conduct daily reporting, schedule updates, and progress tracking.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement practical, timely solutions.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and field teams.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Lead by example and foster a team‑oriented jobsite culture.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in commercial construction preferred.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and execute project plans.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic.
- Self‑motivated and able to manage time independently.
- No formal degree required; equivalent field experience highly valued.
