Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects across multiple locations. This role requires a strong background in construction and project management, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, skilled at building and managing contractor networks, and able to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Develop, monitor, and enforce detailed project schedules, proactively resolving potential delays.
  • Review bids, contracts, field reports, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Balance multiple projects and priorities, adapting to scope changes while maintaining quality.
  • Expand and strengthen contractor and subcontractor networks, building long‑term vendor partnerships.
  • Conduct preconstruction site visits to verify readiness, utilities, and conditions.
  • Perform site inspections during construction to ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals.
  • Manage and monitor project budgets, estimates, and cost controls.
  • Use project management and construction software to track progress and generate reports.
  • Lead contractor coordination efforts, ensuring efficient resource and material use.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
  • Provide timely, professional updates to leadership and clients.
  • Resolve conflicts with professionalism and fairness.
  • Execute project closeout documentation and ensure seamless handoff to stakeholders.
Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating, cost control, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
  • Demonstrated ability to expand contractor/vendor networks and build strong partnerships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction management and project software tools.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
