• Oversees a construction crew working on the job site, ensuring work is compliant with installation and safety standards; manages field operations focusing on safety, compliance, efficiency, cost management and innovation.
• Manages construction activities to ensure company procedures are followed and compliance is maintained relative to all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
• Oversees full construction crew (4‑6) rendering hands‑on assistance.
• Travel will be required.
• Responsible for completing all required paperwork daily, including but not limited to daily timesheets.
• Ensures all crew members are trained in accordance with company safety policies.
• Coordinates with the project superintendent in planning and implementing project tasks.
• Monitors progress of crew to ensure satisfactory job completion, keeping construction progress in line with overall project schedule and production goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of field experience as a foreman.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong focus on safety and quality first.
• Team‑oriented skills.
• CDL desired.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Provide innovative solutions to improve production efficiency.
• Log and record readings for equipment and procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of utility installation techniques and standards, attention to detail, organization skills, management skills, and ability to read and draft blueprints (as‑builts).
• Oversee and coordinate construction operations and activities.

Full‑time

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour (paid overtime)

40 – 60 per week
