The Project Manager will play a key role in managing field operations, budgets, schedules, and client relations on multiple self-performed projects. This individual will report to the Division Manager and will oversee project teams from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing self-performed Heavy Civil or WWTP construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with both clients and internal teams
• 4-year technical degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage daily project operations, including budget, schedule, quality, and safety
• Coordinate with engineers, owners, and field teams to ensure project success
• Track costs, materials, and manpower to maintain profitability
