About the Role

Our Client, a premier luxury home builder, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of custom residences from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. This is a hands‑on leadership role, requiring expertise in high‑end residential construction, project management, and on‑site supervision.

As a Superintendent, you will work closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to bring exquisite custom homes to life. You will be responsible for maintaining construction schedules, ensuring superior quality standards, and delivering an outstanding experience for discerning homeowners.

• Oversee all aspects of custom home construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections to enforce safety protocols and resolve any construction challenges proactively
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure seamless execution of design vision
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and site progress updates
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety & regulations, and company standards
• Foster a positive and productive work environment while mentoring team members

• Proven experience (5+ years) in luxury home construction supervision
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a detail‑oriented mindset
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges on‑site
• Knowledge of high‑end materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools (Procore experience a plus)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with all project stakeholders
