You are on top of the latest and greatest equipment and software for content creation. You have a deep understanding of production (shooting, editing, lighting and audio). Whether it’s new software or a new market, it doesn’t scare you. You tackle it straight on.

:
You put your all into your work. You enjoy learning more about the audience that you’re providing content for.

Team Player
:
You thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy working closely with others. You have no problem taking the lead when given the opportunity.

You find joy in quickly solving problems not on a surface level, but getting to the core issue and creating smart systems to solve it.

Adaptable

We are a scaling business, and things change fast. You are comfortable with the changes and think quickly on your feet.

Self-starter
:
You’re extremely self-driven and don’t need any hand-holding. You take extreme ownership of your wins and failures, and you don’t blame anyone else.

Bonus points if:

• You have experience or a desire to be on camera.
• You have experience leading a content or social media team.
• You have experience editing with Adobe software.

• Manage and grow our You Tube channel in collaboration with the content team. This means creating a content strategy with marketing efforts in mind. You’ll be shooting, editing, and optimizing videos, shorts, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to develop ads and other assets for marketing campaigns throughout the year.
• Manage the creative side of our course website. Create step-by-step course instructional videos and assets for customers.
• Work with the e-commerce team to shoot new product photos and instructionals for product pages.
• Develop, manage, and create processes within the content department to make practices more efficient.
• From ideas to publishing, manage our blog website to further educate new and recurring customers.
• In collaboration with our marketing team, create and manage social media posts on all channels, including X, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.

Competitive Salary and Bonuses: 40-60K, highly based on experience and track record. We’re open to growing someone with potential and investing in someone with a track record.
