Client Experience Representative at Reliance Partners

Reliance Partners is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Client Experience Representative in our headquarters office located in downtown Chattanooga, TN. This is an opportunity that offers hands‑on experience in a professional environment, focusing on client support and administrative processes. This role is an excellent fit for those who excel in communication, have strong organizational skills, and are eager to develop their professional experience.

Position Overview: The Client Experience Representative will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, providing prompt and courteous support, and performing light administrative tasks. Client Experience Representatives will work directly with our Customer Service team, following established company guidelines and adhering to industry regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain records of client communications in our agency management system (AMS) Zendesk.
  • Generate proofs of insurance upon request.
  • Answer inbound calls, ensuring prompt and professional service.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and attendance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Hours
    :
    Full-time shifts available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.

    On-site at our headquarters located in Chattanooga, TN.
