Cahaba Management & Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage ongoing business. You will assist with queries, help customers with loan applications, and service existing loans while promoting financial products.
Daily duties include taking applications, processing payments, collections, and resolving issues by phone or in person. Starting pay is $14.00–$16.00 per hour with monthly bonus opportunities.
