Registered Dental Assistant; RDA

We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant to join our thriving North Shore Dental Practice. Our team is in need of a well-kept and well-spoken individual to provide world-class dental services to our fantastic patient base. The candidate should be punctual, detail oriented, and above all, caring and compassionate. Someone who has a strong work ethic and also works well with others, will make a fine addition to our team.

• Current dental assisting license in Tennessee
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols
• Take dental X-rays, ensuring proper safety measures are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance patient comfort
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Manage patient records using dental software
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor with or without reasonable accommodation
